Join us for a rejuvenating half-day retreat immersed in nature to nourish your mind, body, and soul. Enjoy a mindful nature walk, campfire, and crafts for relaxation, healing, and creativity. This retreat offers a perfect opportunity to escape the stress of college life and recharge before finals. Pre-Registration is required for this event.

Come join the Counseling and Consultation Services team as we practice and learn skills for coping with the difficult emotions that can arise during stressful times. In these virtual 1-hour workshops students will learn how to apply specific coping strategies and skills for dealing with life's challenges in a healthy way.
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Plants and self-care? Yes, please! Register for our self care workshop where we'll talk about mental health, learn new ways to practice self-care and engage in creative activities. You'll also plant your own mini flower to take home with you.
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
A weekly, art-based, mindfulness skills group for all experience levels.
Mindfulness is a skill that enables your mind and body to be fully present in the moment in order to manage thoughts and emotions like stress, anxiety and depression. Whether you are a beginner, experienced or are curious, join our group to practice and learn about mindfulness. New skills and activities will be provided every week.

A mental health awareness event with Bingo, a scavenger hunt, a cup pong game, coloring sheets, and cool prizes!
