Come join the Rec Center’s Fitness GA, Karolina, as she leads us in a virtual, light, mostly chair workout (you can do right at your desk) on 12/17 at noon. We will burn some calories in a fun, engaging and learning environment open to all levels of fitness. The benefits of exercise are plentiful. From disease reduction, ease of daily living, lower chance of injury from accidents, stress relief, better sleep and feeling more confident. Karolina will plan a comprehensive 25-minute workout including a warm-up and cool down period. She will also be available for a brief Q & A after if you would like to pick her brain. Ask her questions about how much someone should exercise per week, how to efficiently sequence a weekly routine and for example.
