Alpha Phi Gamma is the first Asian American sorority, established on February 1,
1994, at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. The Seven Sisters who founded the
sorority are Allex Choi, Candy Cunanan, Christine Nguyen, Sandie Rillera, Kolleen Kim,
Grace Hsieh and Jennifer Oku. Through their hard work and determination the sorority is
now recognized as the first Asian Greek Sorority at Cal Poly Pomona. These Sisters wanted
to bring together all women of different nationalities through the bonds of friendship and
Sisterhood. Alpha Phi Gamma was established to promote service and Asian Awareness to
the University and to the community. The Sorority's basis is its pride in being open to new
ideas and the understanding of the lifestyle of an Asian American woman.

Chi Sigma Tau Fraternity is a traditional social fraternity operating on the lodge system. We are an Asian Interest Fraternity. We have both a collegiate and alumni group. Our members take a life-long pledge of loyalty to the Fraternity. During the undergraduate years, members partake in numerous programs that culminate them into a more well rounded man - from a social aspects at formal functions to the business aspects of running a chapter. Both will be vital to their success after graduation, members will participate in the Alumni Association and work with fellow alumni to improve the collegiate chapters as well as their community. By doing so, they further foster their bond of brotherhood.

Delta Zeta - Gamma Rho Chapter is a Panhellenic Chapter here is Northern Illinois University. Delta Zeta was founded in 1902 at the Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Our core values are Friendship, Curiosity, Diversity, Citizenship, Belonging, Generosity, and Empowerment. Our National Philanthropy that we donate towards is the Starkey Hearing Foundation and our Local Philanthropy is Safe Passage. The philanthropy events that our chapter hosts to donate to these organizations are Delta Zeta Pancakes, in the Fall and Spring semesters, Heart for hearing, in the Fall semester, and Dream Man Greek Goddess, in the Spring semester, which is a talent pageant show in which all IFC and PHC organizations participate. "Being a Delta Zeta means much more than wearing pink and green letters on your shirt. Omega Psi Phi was founded at Howard University located in Washington, D.C. The founders were three undergraduates —┬áEdgar Amos Love,┬áOscar James Cooper┬áand┬áFrank Coleman. Joining them was their faculty adviser,┬áErnest Everett Just. From the initials of the Greek phrase meaning, "friendship is essential to the soul", the name Omega Psi Phi was derived. That phrase was selected as the motto.Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance and Uplift┬áwere adopted as Cardinal Principles. Believing that men of Omega of like ideals and similar attainments of Manhood and Scholarship should bind themselves together in order to approach these ideals and further the causes of Omega, we have incorporated ourselves under the name of Iota Delta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated. To this effort we shall promote spiritual, educational, economic, political, and cultural growth in the DeKalb community in which we are chartered to serve.
