As we get closer to the end of the semester we are excited to look forward to the spring semester. As we are getting ready for the end of the Fall Semester and the beginning of the Spring Semester we are opening up event submissions for the Spring Semester. If you have information on when you want to hold your meetings or an idea of when you want to host your event, go ahead and start submitting them today.
Additionally, we are announcing the late night event dates that are hosted over at the recreation center. These will be on a first come first serve basis. As a reminder, if you hosted a late night event this Fall Semester, other organizations will be given the opportunity to host a late night event prior to giving your organization getting consideration. If no requests for a date your organization are requested 30 days in advance of a late night event, then your organization will be considered for hosting the late night event. The following dates are the Spring Semester's late night event dates:
- January 31st/February 1st
- February 21st/22nd
- March 21st/22nd
- April 11th/12th
We are also excited to announce our new Student Organization Menu! The student organization menu is to help our student organizations select food items that meet most needs and at a slightly discounted price too. You can find the menu attached to this e-mail. If you are going to order any food for your event, you will work with the event coordinator you are assigned from our reservations team.
