As we prepare for the spring semester we would like to announce that the Event Registration Form is now live! You can start submitting events for Spring 2026 starting now.
We would like to also take the time to remind you of some of the policies as it pertains to the Event Registration:
- All events/meetings must be submitted in Huskie Hub.
- Events happening off campus must also be submitted using the event type of Off-Campus Event.
- Events must be submitted a minimum 2 weeks (14 days) in advance of your event. Event date adjustments will not be made if the event is under the 2 week deadline.
- This allows for staff to follow up with you regarding your event and ensure that there is enough time to provide support to your event. If your event is larger in scale, you should submit further in advance.
- Additional meetings may be needed with staff regarding your event. You should make sure you are checking on Huskie Hub and via e-mail regarding your event.
- Note that the submission in Huskie Hub is only a request and not a final room reservation. You will receive a final room reservation confirmation via a separate e-mail.
- Should you need to cancel your event you should reach out to the event coordinator at the venue you reserved and cancel with them directly. Deleting the event in Huskie Hub is not enough to cancel your event.
- The last day to host an event in the spring semester is April 30th, 2026.
