March 2025 SNO on the Go

Hi everyone!

Thank you to those of you who came to our meeting tonight! I know that it's the Friday before Spring Break, so we really appreciate it!
Attatched are the slides from tonight's meeting.

Some important reminders for March and April:
-Tonight by 11:59pm is the last opportunity for 5th trackers to submit orders for stoles and cords!! Please message Brandon with any questions! Stoles and cords can be purchased on the SNO website.
-SNO/NPA Formal is coming up! It is Saturday March 22 from 7-10pm at Fatty's Bar and Grill. Tickets are $20 online and $30 at the door. These are available for purchase on our SNO website! You will receive 2 points for attendance. We hope to see everyone there!!!

Point opportunities coming up:
~Versiti Blood Drive: Thursday March 27 (sign up via QR code on slides)
~Red Cross Blood Drive: Monday March 17 (sign up via QR code on slides or at RedCrossBlood.org and enter code NIU to schedule an appointment)
~UW Health Swedish American NICU Donation Drive: March 3-22; we are looking for 10 boy onesies, 10 girl onesies, 20 board books, and 20 SAFE toys for children under 1 year of age (no stuffed animals or choking hazards, please!); 1 SNO point for 2 donated items
~March of Dimes Madness: month of March; in Student Sucess we will have 5 separate jars (one for each track)- donate coins and make it a fun, friendly competition to see which track rules! Proceeds will be donated to March of Dimes
~March of Dimes Panda Express Fundraiser: Wednesday March 26 @ Panda Express at 2434 Sycamore Rd (right down the road from the nursing building); 20% of proceeds will be donated to March of Dimes
~Policital Action Day: LAST DAY to sign up is March 25!! See our Instagram or fliers around the SON for more details
~Merch: we have some awesome merch for sale! The last day to order is next Friday March 14!! Please check out our SNO website and get some merch!
